Ordering

  1. Go to Shop Aggregates
  2. Browse or filter by category (Sand, Stone, Brick, etc.)
  3. Click "View & Order" on the product you want
  4. Enter the quantity and click "Add to Cart"
  5. Go to Cart and proceed to Checkout
  6. Enter your delivery address and phone number
  7. Choose payment method and confirm

Minimum order varies by product. Sand and stone typically start at 1 cubic meter or 1 ton. Bricks start at 1000 units. Check each product page for specific minimums.

Yes! At checkout, enter the delivery address and contact number of the person receiving the materials. They will receive SMS updates and the delivery verification code.

Delivery

Most orders in Harare are delivered same-day or next-day. Other cities typically take 1-3 days depending on distance and availability. You'll receive SMS updates at every stage.

When your order is out for delivery:

  1. You receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS
  2. The driver arrives with your materials
  3. Check the materials are correct
  4. Give the driver your code ONLY when satisfied
  5. The driver enters your code to confirm delivery

Never share your code before receiving materials!

Do NOT share your verification code. Go to My Orders, find the order, and click "Dispute". Our team will investigate within 24 hours. You can also WhatsApp us immediately at +263 719 330 854.

Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay the driver in cash when materials arrive
  • EcoCash — Pay via Paynow integration
  • OneMoney — Pay via Paynow integration
  • Visa/Mastercard — Online card payment via Paynow
  • Bank Transfer — For bulk/corporate orders

Yes! Many products have tiered pricing — the more you order, the less you pay per unit. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Check individual product pages for bulk pricing tiers.

For Suppliers

  1. Go to Become a Supplier
  2. Fill in your details and select products you supply
  3. Submit your registration
  4. Upload verification documents (ID, vehicle reg, business license)
  5. Our team reviews and activates your account within 24 hours
  6. Start receiving orders!

  1. When you start delivery, the system sends OTP codes to you and the customer
  2. Deliver the materials to the customer's site
  3. Ask the customer for their 6-digit code
  4. Enter the code in your Supplier Dashboard to confirm delivery
  5. Payment is processed automatically
